Terms of Service

Silent Agreement. By purchasing, activating, or using the Massacreme script or any associated access key, you automatically and unconditionally agree to every term stated on this page. No signature, click-through, or explicit acknowledgment is required. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT ("we", "us", "the developers"). Use of the Massacreme script, access keys, Discord server, or any related service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all tiers of access including free keys obtained via work.ink, premium purchased keys, and reseller-distributed keys.

Section 2

Key Ownership & Restrictions

When you purchase or obtain a Massacreme access key, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the script solely on your own Roblox account and registered hardware (HWID). The key remains the property of MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT at all times.

No key sharing. Sharing, selling, gifting, or distributing your personal access key to any third party is strictly prohibited. Discovery of key sharing will result in immediate permanent blacklisting of the key, your HWID, and your Roblox account with no refund.
One device per key. Keys are bound to a single hardware ID upon first use. You may request an HWID reset through official Discord channels; abuse of reset requests may result in account termination.
No resale of personal keys. Personal-tier keys may not be resold. Only authorised resellers operating under the Reseller Agreement may distribute keys commercially.

Section 3

Reverse Engineering & Intellectual Property

The Massacreme script, its source code, obfuscation layers, UI library, key verification system, and all associated assets are the exclusive intellectual property of MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT.

Reverse engineering is prohibited. Any attempt to decompile, deobfuscate, disassemble, reconstruct, or otherwise extract the source code or internal logic of the script — whether for personal use, redistribution, or analysis — will result in an immediate permanent blacklist of your key, HWID, and Roblox account.
No derivative works. You may not create scripts, tools, or products derived from, inspired by, or based on Massacreme's code or design without explicit written consent from MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT.
No public disclosure. You may not publicly share internal script behaviour, bypass methods, or implementation details in any format.

Section 4

Access Revocation

MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT reserves the absolute and unconditional right to revoke, suspend, or permanently terminate any user's access at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason.

We are under no obligation to provide a reason, warning, or prior notice before removing your access. This includes premium paid keys. Revocation does not entitle the User to any refund, compensation, or appeal.

Examples of conduct that will result in revocation include (but are not limited to): key sharing, reverse engineering, public criticism of MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT, harassment of developers or community members, abuse of support systems, and any conduct deemed detrimental to the community or product.

Section 5

Blacklisting

A blacklist is a permanent ban applied to your access key, HWID, and/or Roblox username. Blacklisted identifiers are stored server-side and enforced at every script launch. Blacklisting is irreversible and no appeal process is guaranteed.

Key sharing → permanent blacklist
Reverse engineering → permanent blacklist
Redistribution of keys without authorisation → permanent blacklist
Chargeback or payment dispute on a purchased key → permanent blacklist
Any conduct at the sole discretion of MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT → blacklist

Section 6

Refund Policy

All sales are final. MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the product, game updates that temporarily affect functionality, access revocation due to Terms violations, or change of mind. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate permanent blacklist of all associated identifiers and may be reported to the relevant payment platform.

Section 7

Disclaimer of Warranties

Massacreme is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding undetectability, continued compatibility with Roblox updates, uptime of the key server, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of any exploit script carries inherent risk of account action from Roblox Corporation; MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT assumes no liability for any such action taken against your account.

Section 8

Amendments

MASSACREME DEVELOPMENT reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the product after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of this document is always available at massacreme-production.up.railway.app/tos.
